(1) Apply for refund:


No refund will be made after the payment for the order has been confirmed. If the remittance amount is inconsistent with the order amount, the order is invalid. You can contact customer service to apply for a refund. When applying for a refund, please send or mail us a refund application form (please do not write), indicating the reason and affixing the official seal. Please check your remittance carefully in the future.


(2) To apply for returning or replacing invoices:


Users can apply for invoice return and replacement service within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance in case of invoice loss, omission, and inconsistency between the invoice content and the goods. Please send the invoice to huanuoxinde2022@163.com Note: If the invoice is lost, we will contact you within 24 hours to make up. When applying for the return or replacement of invoices, please send or mail us a letter of application for the return or replacement of invoices, stating the reasons (including but not limited to: order number, invoicing information, reasons for the return or replacement), and affix the official financial seal. We will handle it as soon as possible after acceptance and verification.


(3) User applying for exchange:


After receiving the express package, open it in time to check the integrity of the item, and check the variety name and quantity. In case of damage or wrong delivery, please take photos of the damaged or wrong delivery within 3 working days after the user signs for the package, and send us the replacement application form stamped with the official seal, unpacking video of the personnel of the postal transportation company and the copy of the delivery list together, which can be paid upon delivery by Shunfeng. We will verify and deal with it as soon as we receive it.
