After purchasing the reference materials online, we will send the package to you through the express company. If a single order is more than 1000 yuan (including 1000 yuan), the company will mail it. If a single order is less than 1000 yuan, the company will pay the postage (you can pay on arrival). Generally speaking, we will separate the varieties stored at room temperature from those stored at low temperature. For varieties requiring low-temperature storage, we will place ice rafts in foam boxes to ensure low-temperature conditions during transportation. When the weather is hot, we may also place ice bars for normal temperature varieties to avoid excessive temperature.

（2） Users who pick up goods at home:
